The sixth meeting of the GCERF Governing Board took place from 26-28 June 2017 in London, United Kingdom, hosted by Google Inc. This meeting adopted GCERF Strategy to Engage Communities and Address the Drivers of Violent Extremism (2017-20), and took significant funding and leadership decisions.
Over fifty representatives from 19 countries and the European Union, as well as civil society, the private sector, foundations, and think tanks participated. The GCERF Governing Board meeting has now become a critical date in the calendar for global PVE efforts.
