Kevin Osborne is an American from Washington, DC with 18 years of multidisciplinary experience living and working in Haiti, Burkina Faso, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Switzerland. In his current role with the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF), he oversees the GCERF’s grant-making and grant-management globally.

Kevin has thematic expertise in Repatriation, Rehabilitation and Reintegration (R&R) programming of third country nationals from Northeast Syria and Iraq, and has published extensively on the topic with members of the GCERF partnership. Kevin has degrees in political science, international relations, and policymaking from the University of Maryland in College Park and the Graduate Institute Geneva.
