Natalia Olekhnovich is the Human Resources and Administration Manager. She holds an MA in Standardisation, Social Regulation and Sustainability from the University Geneva, as well as a degree in Business Management. Before joining GCERF in January 2017, Natalia worked in Human Resources for the World Health Organisation and in an administrative capacity for Swissotel in Moscow. She holds a certificate in Psychology at Work from the University of Western Australia and in addition to English, speaks French, Russian, Spanish and Ukranian. Natalia is currently attaining her Society of Human Resource Management certification.
