Maud coordinates the programmatic work of the Foundation which aims to strengthen the capacities of people and countries to achieve a fairer, more peaceful world. She leads the Youth and Peace programme in various countries affected by violence such as Colombia, Uganda and the Sahel region, including the Extremely Together initiative that supports young people in their efforts to prevent and counter violent extremism. Before joining the Foundation in 2017, Maud was the Head of Learning and Policy and a member of the Strategic Management Team at Interpeace. Maud holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law from the Paris-Panthéon Assas University and an additional Master’s in Risk Management in Developing Countries from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
