GCERF is the only global fund dedicated to preventing violent extremism. Our Secretariat, based in Geneva, Switzerland, is a small and dynamic team of dedicated professionals from diverse backgrounds. Our staff are highly skilled, experienced, agile, kind, and inspiring. Our staff works with governments, communities, civil society organisations and the private sector to advance our mission, guided by a shared sense of purpose and a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact. Code of conduct

All GCERF staff, consultants, and partners are required to commit to and abide by GCERF’s Code of Conduct and policy on ethics and conflict of interest, outlining the standards of professional and ethical behaviour expected of everyone who represents GCERF.

All applications undergo a rigorous screening and selection process and are treated with strict confidentiality. Only complete applications, including a CV and cover letter, will be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for assessments and interviews.
