About GCERF’s procurement opportunities
GCERF is currently looking for a Service Provider who will support the realisation of GCERF Forum 2019, in which GCERF grantees are invited to share and discuss their experiences and learnings. The selected Service Provider is expected to co-lead – together with GCERF staff – the planning and design of GCERF Forum, serve as a facilitator of the Forum sessions, and be responsible for delivering the GCERF Forum Final Report and other materials. The Forum event will take place in the last week of November.
Potential bidders should have thorough knowledge of P/CVE and its current trends and challenges and community-based approaches to programming and implementation; through knowledge on M&E and Learning, especially related to P/CVE; experience and skills in workshop design and facilitation. Fluency in English and French is required.

GCERF is currently looking for a Local Advisor with advanced knowledge of P/CVE programming in Mali. The Consultant will be expected to provide the following services:
- To serve as an interlocutor between GCERF’s Secretarial and key stakeholders in Mali;
- To support the establishment of GCERF’s grant making and grant management efforts in Mali;
- To support capacity strengthening of GCERF’s stakeholders in Mali.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience working with national and local governments agencies in development cooperation and policy in Mali, proven experience in starting up new initiatives and programmes, and extensive experience in coaching, training, and networking. Fluency in English and French is required.

GCERF is currently seeking to work with an external provider(s) in order to:
- Design and rebuild of GCERF website.
- Produce a corporate video.

GCERF is currently looking for a Service Provider who will deliver a Country Needs Assessment (CNA) on Sri Lanka. The CNA will inform GCERF and its governing board about the PVE needs in Sri Lanka and will contribute to decision on possible partnership. For more information, click here.

We are looking for a Service Provider who can translate into/ from English from/into French to support us in the development of our projects in Mali and Tunisia. For more information, click here.
The provider should be a reputable translation firm preferably with public or non-profit sector clients in the field of International Development.
We also expect the provider to hire translators and revisers with the appropriate educational background and translation accreditation. The provider should be able to allocate additional resources fairly rapidly when the time frame and/or the complexity of the task so require.
