Baseline Survey in the Philippines

GCERF is currently looking for an authoritative service provider who will produce a Baseline Survey for the first round grants in the Philippines. The survey will support grantees in the revision of results frameworks and programme approaches prior to starting implementation. For more information, click here.

 

Potential bidders should have demonstrated experience in PVE; prior experience conducting in-country research and analysis where VE is a concern; and knowledge of the PVE context in the Philippines. Proposals may be submitted by email in the form of “pdf files” to bids@gcerf.org.

Video creation app

To promote our work on the ground, we are looking for a video creation provider. The mobile video app is to be used by GCERF staff to film our work on the ground. It will also support quick and professional post-production and editing services, including generating sub-titles, in coordination with GCERF staff. For further details, please click here.

 

The firm should be a digital marketing agency specialising in video production, with experience working in the international public or non-governmental sector. Presence in Geneva and immediate onsite support, when needed, is an advantage.

National Advisor for Kenya

GCERF is currently looking for a National Advisor for Kenya with advanced knowledge of P/CVE programming in Kenya. For more information, click here.

 

Potential bidders should have at least 7 years of experience working with national and local governments agencies in development cooperation and policy in Kenya; experience managing grants and overseeing grants as a donor representative.
