Governance and Ethics Committee

The Governance and Ethics Committee is responsible for overseeing governance arrangements and ethical standards defined by the GCERF’s Policy on Ethics and Conflict of Interest, and consists of the following members:

Chair: FRANK, Daniel, Deputy Coordinator for International Counter-Terrorism, Switzerland Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and Alternate Board Member, Switzerland

CAMERON, Michelle, Director, Counter-Terrorism and Anti-Crime Capacity Building Programs, Global Affairs Canada, and Alternate Board Member, Canada and the United Kingdom constituency;

MAILU, Cleopa Kilonzo, Ambassador and Permanent Representative, Permanent Mission of the Republic of Kenya to the United Nations and other international organizations in Geneva, and Board Member, Kenya (Horn of Africa, East and Southern Africa);

MICHALSEN, Geir, Senior Advisor, Section for Global Security and Disarmament, Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and a constituency member for the USA, the Netherlands and Norway constituency;

SHEARMAN, Miriam, Ambassador and Deputy Permanent Representative, Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the United Nations Office and other international organizations in Geneva, and Alternate Board Member, Canada and the United Kingdom constituency; and

VICTOR, Selena, Director of Policy & Advocacy, Mercy Corps Europe, and Alternate Board Member, Civil Society constituency.
